The user is entitled to a refund of the reservation amount under the following terms and conditions:
Cancellations must be reported in writing by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancellations reported through any other means will not be accepted. The email must include all booking details, including: the name of the route, the full name of the person who made the booking, the date, and the booking number.
1/ Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the start of the activity will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid.
2/ Cancellations made within the last 24 hours before the start of the activity will not be refunded.
3/ In case of delay at the meeting point, our guides will always wait a reasonable amount of time and try to contact you. Once this reasonable time has elapsed, we regretfully have to proceed with the excursion, and you will lose the tour with no possibility of a refund.
*Exceptionally, the company may accept a change of date on the route you were unable to take or missed due to your fault, but in this change of date, you are not entitled to a refund in any of the situations indicated above, 1, 2, or 3.
Cancellation policy: ISLA BONITA TOURS reserves the right to postpone or cancel an event/route if there are not enough participants, due to weather conditions, or any other reason beyond ISLA BONITA TOURS’ control. In these cases, payments received for bookings will be fully refunded without any possibility of any other type of compensation.
Refunds may take up to 7 days to be processed. However, we try to make them as soon as possible.
